Slide the empty collection box 9
into the rack 10, so that the lock
lever 5 is facing towards the
wheels 6.
Extension cord

Open the lid of the power con-
nector 4.
Caution! Only use extension
cables intended for outdoor
use and not lighter than 1,5 mm
Blade adjustment

Turn the blade adjustment
knob 8 into (+) direction until
the blade touches metal.
Turn the knob back 1/4 turn.
Caution! Only adjust the
blade while the machine is
running.
Rotation direction

Press the upper part of the di-
rection switch 15 to set the mo-
tor to reverse operation.
Circuit breaker

In case of overload, the circuit
breaker 14 trips to prevent the
machine from damage. See
section Circuit breaker for fur-
ther information.

Pull the lock lever 5 upwards
to lock the collection box 9 in
place.

Plug the extension cord to the
power connector 4.
Use a wall socket with a Re-
sidual Current Device (RCD)
with a tripping current of not more
. than 30 mA.

Plunger

Only use the plunger 1 to push
smaller material down to the
blades.

Press the lower part of the di-
rection switch 15 to set the mo-
tor to forward operation.
The motor is locked, if the di-
rection switch is in center po-
sition.
