Please read all warnings in this manual. They inform you of possible risk of personal injury
and damage to property!
These products are intended for use only by those possessing the necessary specialized
training. The relevant safety regulations regarding auto parts, regulations on internal vehicle
safety STVZO-TÜV, as well as regulations of the authorized vehicle manufacturers should be
diligently followed.
AIV cannot take on a
ny responsibility for hearing, physical or property damages arising
through using or misusing our products.
Attention: if the buffer capacitor emits a warning signal, please disconnect device immediately
and check polarity.
If the device is connected more than 15 seconds with reverse polarity there is a danger of
explosion!
Make sure cooling is suffi cient. If the buffer capacitor is connected wrong electrolytic liquid
may stream out and the interior of your car can be soiled. This liquid is harmful if swallowed.
Large electrolyte capacitors cannot withstand heat, oil, water or fat. If the chassis of the
capacitor is deformed during installation several layers inside the capacitor can be damaged.
In this case the capacitor should not be connected. Please install the capacitor at a dry and
secure place.
