WARNING:
• Always remove the plug before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the appliance base in water in any case. Other-
wise this might result in an electric shock or fire.
• The cutting surfaces of the knives are sharp. There is a risk of
injury! Handle these with the necessary care!
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
• Only use a moist dishcloth to clean the outside of the
appliance base. Then dry it with a dry towel.
• You may brush out dry residues of food that remained in
the containers with a soft dry brush.
• If you have processed food with a low, natural liquid
content, clean both containers and the lid in a rinsing
bath by hand.
• Let the parts dry well before you reassemble the appli-
ance.

Storage

• Clean the appliance as described and let it dry com-
pletely.
• We recommend that you store the appliance in the origi-
nal packaging, should you not want to use it for a longer
period of time.
• Always store the appliance out of the reach of children in
a well ventilated and dry location.
