5.2 Assembly of the main frame
1. Screw together the main frame (6) with the main base tube
(3). Secure them with hex bolts (84- 2pcs), washers (97-
4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
2. Attach the ridge tube (7) to the main frame (6) and secure
with hex bolts (84-2pcs), the support plate (27), washers
(97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs). Attach the support
beam (10) and pulley holder support (11) to the main frame
(6). Secure them with hex bolts (84- 2pcs), support plate
(27), washers (97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
3. Screw together the back stand frame (33) and the back
base tube (4). Secure them with hex bolts (84-2pcs),
washers (97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
4. Insert the back cross frame (9) into the guiding tubes (5-
2pcs) and firmly secure it to the ridge tube (7) and back
stand frame (33). Secure them with hex bolts (85-2pcs), hex
bolts (84-1pc), washers (97-5pcs) and nylon nuts (101-
2pcs).
5. Attach the pulley brackets (15-2pcs) to the pulley holder
support (11) and secure them with hex bolts (91-2pcs),
washers (97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
5.3 Assembly of the butterfly arm
1. Attach the chest press (12) to the ridge tube (7) and secure
them with hex bolts (94-1pcs), brass- coloured bushings
(70-2pcs), washers (98-2pcs) and nylon nuts (102-1pcs).
2. Attach the butterfly arm (right) (13) and butterfly arm (left)
(14) to the chest press (12). Secure with hex bolts (93-2pcs),
brass-coloured bushings (70-4pcs), washers (98-4pcs) and
nylon nut s (102-2pcs) and lock them with pins (71-2pcs).
3. Slide the butterfly arm foam pads (43-2pcs) onto the
butterfly arm (right)(13) and butterfly arm (left)(14).
4. Attach the butterfly handles (24-2pcs) to the butterfly arm
(right)(13) and butterfly arm (left)(14). Secure with hex
bolts (87-2pcs), washers (96-4pcs) and nylon nuts (100-
2pcs).
5. Attach the lock bolt (25) to the support beam (10) and
secure it with hex bolts (89-1pcs), washers (96-2pcs) and
nylon nuts (100-1pcs). Assembly the knob (66) as shown in
the picture.
5.4 Assembly of the leg curl
1. Attach the seat beam (18) to the main frame (6). Secure
with hex bolts (84-2pcs), support plate (27), washers (97-
4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
2. Attach the rubber cushion (80) to the seat beam (18).
3. Attach the leg beam (19) to the seat beam (18) and secure
with hex bolts (91-1pcs), washers (97-2pcs) and nylon nuts
(101-1pcs).
4. Insert the elbow cushion frame (20) into the leg beam (19)
and lock with knob M10x25 (67) and pin (72).
5. Put the roller tube (21) into the hole of the leg beam (19).
Then, pour a little bit of water onto the roller tube and
attach the leg foam (41-2pcs) on both sides of the roller
tube.
6. Put the roller tube (21) into the hole of the seat beam (18).
Then pour a little bit of water onto the roller tube and
attach the leg foam (41-2pcs) on both sides of the roller
tube.
5.5 Assembly of the VKR and SIT-UP BENCH
1. Attach the VKR arm (left) (37) and VKR arm (right) (38) to
the back stand frame (33). Secure with hex bolts (84-2pcs),
washers (97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
2. Attach the VKR handles (39-2pcs) to the VKR arm (left) (37)
and VKR arm (right) (38) and secure them with hex bolts
(92-2pcs) and washers (97-2pcs).
3. Put the roller tube (34-2pcs) into the hole of the back stand
frame. Then, pour a little bit of water onto the roller tube
and attach the bench foam (42-4 pcs) to both sides of the
roller tube.
4. Attach the sit-up bench (36) to the back stand frame (33)
and lock it with a pin (72). The cushion is ready to be
assembled to the machine.
5. Insert the handle tube (35) in the sit up bench (36) and lock
it with a knob M8x50 (68).
5.6 Assembly of the Cushion
1. Attach the backrest (52) to the main frame (6) and secure it
with hex bolts (86-2pcs) and washers (96-2pcs).
2. Attach the seat cushion (53) to the seat beam (18) and
secure it with hex bolts (86-2pcs) and washers (96-2pcs).
3. Attach the elbow cushion (51) to the elbow cushion frame
(6) and secure it with hex bolts (81-2pcs) and washers (96-
2pcs).
4. Attach the VKR backrest (55) to the back stand frame (33)
and secure it with hex bolts (81-2pcs) and washers (96-
2pcs).
5. Attach the VKR Arm cushion (54) to the VKR arm (left) (37)
and VKR arm (right) (38). Secure with hex bolts (88-4pcs)
and washers (96-4pcs).
5.7 Assembly of the pulley
Place the pulleys (69-12pcs) on the pulley brackets (15-2pcs).
Reverse pulley bracket (16) and floating pulley bracket (17),
then secure them with hex bolts (83-11pcs), hex bolts (85-1pc),
hex bolts (92-2pcs), pulley bushings (79-2pcs), washers (97-
28pcs) and nylon nuts (101-14pcs).
5.8 Assembly of the wire cables and pulleys
