5.1. Operation of hot plates
Hot plates are operated using four/six knobs (depending on the model) on the right hand side of
the control panel.
•
Prior to operation, the control knob (Fig.9 Pos. 2) should be set to "0" .
•
To switch on, turn the knob to the left and set the target temperature (position 1 - minimum power,
position 6 - maximum). The plate heating process is signaled by an orange indicator light (fig.9 pos. 1).
•
The stove is equipped with temperature limiter to reduce the power of heating plates in case of opera-
tion without heat dissipation
•
To switch off the stove, set the knob to "0" clockwise (the indicator light goes off) and disconnect the
power supply.

5.2. Oven operation
Use the two knobs on the left side of the control panel to operate the oven.
•
The left operating mode knob on the oven control panel must be turned to position 1, 2 or 3 (the
green light is on) (Fig. 11 / Fig. 12)
•
The second thermostat knob should be used to set the oven temperature.
•
Turning the oven on is signaled by the orange light lighting up.
•
The orange light indicates that the oven is running. This lamp going out signals that the oven has re-
ached the desired temperature. When the oven is running, the orange light will periodically turn on and
off (maintaining the temperature inside the oven).
•
The oven compartment is equipped with a flue to remove steam from inside. Flow control through the
