Connection
a) Transmitter (TX) mode
Example: In this mode you can connect your TV to the product via cable. The audio
signal from the TV can be transmitted to Bluetooth headphones/speakers.
• Connect an optical cable (not included) to the TX OPTICAL socket (15).
• Connect the jack cable to the TX AUX socket (14).
• Connect the other end of the chosen cable to your playback device.
• Slide the RX TX switch (4) to TX.
b) Receiver (RX) mode
Example: In this mode you can connect your stereo system to the product via cable.
The audio signal from your smartphone/tablet can be transmitted to the stereo
system.
• Connect an optical cable (not included) to the RX OPTICAL socket (16).
• Connect the jack cable to the RX AUX socket (17).
• Connect the other end of the chosen cable to your playback device.
• Slide the RX TX switch (4) to RX.
c) Power supply
• Connect the USB cable with the DC IN port (13).
• Connect the other end to a USB port of your playback device or another suitable USB power
supply.
The USB port must be able to supply a current of 200 mA.

Operation

For optimal compatibility and sound quality use Bluetooth devices with CSR chipset.
The product features English voice prompts informing about the device status. You
can turn on/off the voice prompts by pressing and holding the arrow button (9) for
6 seconds.
a) Turning on/off
• Slide the mode switch (1) to the left or right to turn on the product.
Left = Bluetooth (wireless transmission)
Right = Bypass (wired transmission)
• To turn off the product, slide the mode switch to the centre position.
b) Audio mode
Press the arrow button (9) to select the audio input/output socket.
OPT = OPTICAL
AUX = 3.5 mm jack
c) Pairing
Keep your Bluetooth device within 1 meter range when pairing.
• Set the RX TX switch (4) to the desired position (RX = receiver, TX = transmitter).
• Press the Bluetooth button (11) to connect to a previously paired device.
• To pair a new device, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds. The RX TX mode
indicator (12) flashes rapidly.
• Set your Bluetooth device to pairing mode. Refer to the operating instructions of your
Bluetooth device for more information on how to do this.
• Once paired, the RX TX mode indicator lights up continuously and A lights up on the
connected devices indicator (6).
d) Pairing two devices simultaneously in the transmitter mode
When connected to two devices, the product does not support the aptX
codec.
• When the first device is connected, follow the steps from chapter b) to pair another device.
• Once paired, both A and B indicators light up on the connected devices indicator (6).
e) Wired transmission
When you slide the mode switch (1) to the right to Bypass position, the audio signal will not
be transmitted via Bluetooth. Instead, the audio signal from the device (e.g. TV) connected to
the TX AUX (14) or TX OPTICAL (15) socket will be transmitted via cable to the device (e.g.
speakers) connected to the RX AUX (17) or RX OPTICAL (16) socket.
f) Adjusting the volume
Adjusting the volume is only possible in AUX audio mode.
• Press the + button (5) to increase the volume.
• Press the – button (7) to reduce the volume.
Care and cleaning
• Disconnect all cables from the product before cleaning.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could
damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
• The product does not contain any components that require maintenance. Never attempt to
open or disassemble it.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
