Intended use
The product is used for MP3 playback from the inserted memory card, as a Bluetooth
free system, and for playing back music files via a Bluetooth
as a USB flash drive with an inserted memory card.
Power supply is via the USB interface.
It may only be used in indoor rooms. Contact with moisture, for example in bathrooms or the
like, must be avoided.
For safety and approval reasons, you may not convert and/or alter the product. If you use the
product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. Further-
more, improper use can cause risks such as short-circuits, fire, etc. Please read the operating
instructions carefully and do not discard them. If you pass the product on to a third party, please
hand over these operating instructions as well.

Connection
• Connect the supplied audio cable to the audio port OUT (4).
• Connect the other end of the audio cable with the audio input of your audio device (e.g. car
radio).
• Plug the audio receiver into the USB port of your audio device (z.B. car radio).
The audio receiver is equipped with a special USB port, which can be inserted into
the USB port in either direction.
Please insert the audio receiver in such a way that the microphone (3) is oriented
towards you; otherwise the sound transmission will be impaired when the product
is used as a hands-free system. The distance between the microphone and the
speaker should be between 0.5 and 2 m.
Operation
The audio receiver operates in three different modes: Switching between the operating modes
is carried out by pressing and holding the

PC mode for operation as a USB flash drive and for playback from the memory card using
devices equipped with an integrated MP3 player.
MP3 player mode for playback from the memory card on audio devices without a built-in MP3
player.

In case of music playback, the last play position is saved so that playback is resumed from the
position at which it was stopped.
a) Operating as a USB flash drive
• Insert the memory card into the memory card slot (1).
The audio receiver must not be connected to a USB port when you insert or remove
the memory card.
Micro SD and micro SDHC cards with capacity up to 32 GB are supported.
The contacts on the memory card must be facing upwards. Push the card into the
slot (1) so that it clicks into place.
To remove the memory card, press on the card to unlock it and pull it out.
• Plug the audio receiver into a USB port of your computer.
• You can access the memory card contents and save, delete, relocate data, etc. via the Ex-
plorer on your computer.
• If your audio device (e.g. car radio) supports music playback from USB flash drives, you
can insert the audio receiver into the USB port of your audio device and control playback by
the buttons of your audio device as usual. Titles, etc. are also shown on the display of your
audio device.
b) Operating as an MP3 player
For operation as an MP3 player, a memory with MP3 files must be inserted into the
memory card slot (1) and the supplied audio cable connected to the audio input of
your audio device.
• Select the audio input on the audio device to which the supplied audio cable is connected.
