1 Attach the pulley to the top edge of a door (fig. A).
2 Pass the rope over the rolls of the pulley (fig. B).
3 Tie the rope together (fig. C):
- with the clamping yoke at the front
- with the hook at the back
4 Have the patient sit with a straight back in a seat close to the door (fig. D).
5 Attach the chin support to the face/head, to do so (fig. E):
- open the Velcro straps

- adjust the curved chin rest and the flat head rest
- fasten the Velcro ® straps underneath the chin
- attach the D rings in the intended strap notches
6 Mount the bag with the prescribed weight onto the hooks (fig. F).
