Possible cause
Power cable not connected to the power outlet
and/or speaker system
1� The battery is empty�
2� Protective foil has not been removed�
1� Media player is not providing a signal�
(Output on source device is not activated or
volume is set too low)�
2� Cable incorrectly connected/faulty cable�
1� Your TV does not support the ARC function�
2� You are using the wrong HDMI
on your TV�
Solution
Check connection�
1� Replace battery, observe correct polarity at insertion�
2� Remove the protective foil from remote control�
1� Activate output and/or increase volume (follow the
instructions for the device)�
2�1� Check the connection of the source device to the loud-
speaker system and change the cable where necessary�
2�2� Check that the protective caps have been removed from
the plugs of the optical cable�
1� If your TV does not support the HDMI
Channel (ARC) function, use one of the digital inputs
(OPT or COX) of the loudspeaker system�
