• Depending on the desired size of the curls, choose one of the two curler inserts (fig. 3).
For short air, small curls
• Wind a damp strand of hair into the curler insert. To do so you can turn the whole product until the
whole hair strand has been wound up, or press the roll button so that the insert turns freely (fig.
4). First test the effect of the product on thin strands of hair to get a feeling of how to handle the
device.
• Set the product to level 1, 2 or C (fig. 5).
• Twist the curler insert out of the hair. Be aware that this is easier and quicker. Unwind the strands
carefully.
Note: The curler insert for long hair has a slide switch. Move the slide switch to release the hair
more easily from the curler insert (fig. 6).

• Proceed in the same way with the other hair strands until the desired result is achieved.
• To strengthen the curls you can repeat the procedure several times.

cleaNINg aNd care

• Warning - risk of electric shock! Unplug the product and let it cool down completely before
cleaning. Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water during cleaning or operation. Never
hold the product under running water.
• Warning - Property damage! When cleaning, never use solvents or abrasive materials, hard
brushes, metallic or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to human health and can attack plastic
parts, while abrasive cleaning products and tools may scratch the surface(s).
• Clean the product's exterior surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly.
• Make sure that no water enters the product interior (for example, through the switch).
• Remove the inserts before cleaning them. Clean the inserts without water by just removing the
hairs, or alternatively clean the inserts by placing them under running water. Then dry the inside and
outside of the inserts thoroughly.
• Keep the product in a dry, cool location which is protected against moisture and direct sunlight. Keep
this product out of the reach of children.
