• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its
cord out of reach of children. Children shall not play with the appliance.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• The switch must be in the OFF position (off).
• Choose an appropriate accessory (whisk or kneading hook) depending on what you
are going to make: the whisks are used for mixing, for example, egg whites, cream,
mayonnaise and purée. The kneading hooks are used for yeast dough and cookie
dough, pancake mix or potatoes.
• Insert the chosen accessory.
• The whisks are identical and both holes on the electric mixer fit either whisk.
• The kneading hooks are not identical: On one of kneading hooks, there is a round ring
and this kneading hook goes in the right hole.
• Check that the whisks/kneading hooks are properly pressed in before turning on the
electric mixer.
