Sie haben ein Modell erworben, aus dem – zusammen mit entsprechendem geeignetem Zubehör
– ein funktionsfähiges RC-Modell fertiggestellt werden kann. Die Einhaltung der Montage- und Be-
triebsanleitung im Zusammenhang mit dem Modell sowie die Installation, der Betrieb, die Verwen-
dung und Wartung der mit dem Modell zusammenhängenden Komponenten können von GRAUP-
NER/SJ nicht überwacht werden. Daher übernimmt GRAUPNER/SJ keinerlei Haftung für Verluste,
Schäden oder Kosten, die sich aus dem fehlerhaften Betrieb, aus fehlerhaftem Verhalten bzw. in
irgendeiner Weise mit dem Vorgenannten zusammenhängend ergeben. Soweit vom Gesetzgeber
nicht zwingend vorgeschrieben, ist die Verpflichtung der Firma GRAUPNER/SJ zur Leistung von
Schadensersatz, aus welchem Grund auch immer ausgeschlossen (inkl. Personenschäden, Tod,
Beschädigung von Gebäuden sowie auch Schäden durch Umsatz- oder Geschäftsverlust, durch
Geschäftsunterbrechung oder andere indirekte oder direkte Folgeschäden), die von dem Einsatz
des Modells herrühren.
Die Gesamthaftung ist unter allen Umständen und in jedem Fall beschränkt auf den Betrag, den Sie
tatsächlich für dieses Modell gezahlt haben.
You have purchased a model that, along with the associated accessories, can be assembled to
produce a functional remote control model. GRAUPNER/SJ is not able to ensure that the assembly
and operating instructions for the model are followed, and cannot monitor the installation, operation
use and servicing of the components associated with the model. GRAUPNER/SJ is therefore not
liable for any loss, damage or cost associated with improper operation or maintenance, or with
any of the aforementioned. If not specifically stipulated by law, GRAUPNER/SJ is furthermore not
responsible for the payment of damages for whatever reasons (including personal injury, death,
damage to buildings and damage from loss of sales or business, damage from the interruption of
business or other indirect or direct consequences) associated with the use of the model.
The overall liability is restricted in every condition and circumstance to the amount which has been
actually paid for the model.
Vous avez acquis un modèle réduit qui, avec son accessoire, permet d'obtenir un modèle réduit
télécommandé fonctionnel. Le respect des instructions de montage et d'utilisation du modèle réduit,
ainsi que l'installation, le fonctionnement, l'utilisation et l'entretien des composants du modèle réduit
ne peuvent être soumis au contrôle de GRAUPNER/SJ. C'est pourquoi GRAUPNER/SJ décline toute
responsabilité en cas de pertes, dommages ou autres frais résultant d'une utilisation non conforme
ou irresponsable du produit. Dans la mesure où le texte législatif ne le précise pas explicitement, la
responsabilité de la société GRAUPNER/SJ ne peut être engagée en aucun cas, quelles que soient
les raisons et les conséquences (y compris les blessures, décès, dégâts sur biens immeubles,
pertes de chiffre d'affaires ou autres conséquences directes ou indirectes) liées à l'utilisation du
modèle.
Dans tous les cas, la responsabilité est limitée au montant réglé lors de l'acquisition du modèle.
