Seat functions and operation

Weight adjustment (levelling)

The seat is automatically adjusted for the
driver's weight when the driver sits down. The
adjustment process automatically starts after
approx. 3 seconds.
Note:
Leaving the seat for a short time of less than
8 seconds will not be detected as a change of
driver. Thus, the weight will not be adjusted
again automatically.
The adjustment process must be
completed prior to driving.
During the adjustment process, the
driver must sit still on the seat.
The duration of the adjustment process might
vary.
Note:
The running time of the compressor is limited
to 2.5 minutes.
Before activating the compressor again
automatically, there will be a break of 5
minutes.
During automatic weight adjustment, the seat
automatically takes the level in the middle
position of the range of spring.
Further levelling, if required, is done while
driving.
For further automatic levelling of the
seat while driving, the compressor of the
suspension system is activated automatically.
Repeated staring of the compressor does not
represent a fault.
