CONNECTIONS
Sound input
The sound signal is picked up via the integrated condensor microphone. This is why not extra connection to
the sound source is necessary.
Mains input
Plug the power-plug into your safety socket.
The occupation of the power-cord (3 x 0.75 mm²) is as follows.
Brown
Blue
Green/Yellow
The earth has to be connected!
Outputs
Output is via four IEC-output-sockets on the rearpanel.
Connect your loads via the output-socket. The maximum load per channel is 300 W (resistive) or 150 W
(inductive). Please note that the maximum current of 5 A must never be exceeded.
OPERATION
After you connected the device to the mains, the MINI-4 is ready for use.
Light chase
Turn the sound control completely to the left or do not play any music. If you turn the SPEED CONTROL
clockwise, you can increase the chaser speed.
Sound chase
Turn the SOUND CONTROL clockwise and the MINI-4 will chase to the bass beat of the music. There is no
need for a cable connection to the sound source as the MINI-4 features a built-in condensor microphone.
Display
The four LEDs provide steady control over the outputs.
REPLACING THE FUSE
If the fine-wire fuse of the MINI-4 fuses, do only replace the fuse by a fuse of same type and rating (F 5 A,
250 V fast).
Before replacing the fuse, disconnect from mains.
Procedure:
