ATTENTION: Never use the appliance for longer than an hour non-stop at its maximum
temperature!
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
It is necessary to attach the handle of the lid to the lid before the first use. Therefore put
the screw into the hole of the lid (from the inside to the outside), position the plastic ring on
the other side of the lid, and turn the handle to attach it to the outside of the lid (over the
ring) without overtightening.
Clean the pan and the accessories (see "Cleaning and Care"). It is advisable to preheat
the pan for approximately 10 minutes without foodstuffs in it to remove bad odours.
Provide proper ventilation during this operation.
ATTENTION: When preparing food or when cleaning, never use brushes
with metal or nylon bristles, sharp utensils or knives. Avoid damages to
the non-stick coating.

OPERATION

Insert the pin jack with thermostat into the appliance (fig. A), and
make sure that the temperature selector switch is in the OFF position. Then plug in the
appliance.
Put the thermostat on a position between 1 and 5.
The indicator lamp comes on, indicating that the
appliance is heating.
Preheat the appliance for 5 to 10 minutes, until the
ideal temperature is reached. As soon as this
temperature is reached, the indicator lamp comes
off.
Then put the foodstuffs into the pan.
The cooking time depends on the type of food. But never use the appliance for longer
than an hour with the thermostat adjusted on the maximum temperature.
ATTENTION:
Never use a multi-outlet power strip at the same time as other
loads!
PREPARATION
1. Grease the pan a little or use some frying oil.
