You can switch the equipment on by using the key.
LED and UV light settings
You can switch the LED light on by pressing the key once. The latter will
automatically switch itself off after 4 hours.
You can switch the UV light on by pressing the key twice. The door has a
safety switch. If you open the door of the equipment, the UV light will automatically
switch itself off in order to protect your eyes. Never look directly at the UV light.
By pressing both the key and the key at the same time for 3 seconds,
you can change between °C and °F.
Setting the temperature:
You can change the temperature in increments of 1° within a range of 1 – 22°C by using
the key. If you do not change the temperature within 5 seconds, the
equipment will return to its original setting.
The temperature inside the equipment will depend on the ambient temperature, the
amount of meat and the temperature setting.
