St: 5lb/397 lb). During the weight measurement the results are
indicated in 100 g steps (0,2 lb/1 lb).

before first use

Before you use the appliance for the first time, please do
as follows: Carefully unpack the appliance and remove all
the packaging material. Keep the material (plastic bags and
cardboard) out of reach of children. Check the appliance after
unpacking for any damage, possible from transportation.
Before the first use the scale must be calibrated. This must be
done every time you use the scale on a different spot or when
the batterie is replaced.
Place the scale on a flat and stable surface. With your foot press
on the middle of the glass surface. The full display will show and
when it shows "0.0" the scale is ready for use.
