If the shroud is advanced so far it covers the screw head,
the screw will not be driven completely into the item.
Use
Fit the appropriate bit for the job. Select direction and screw
depth.
Start the machine by depressing the on/off button (6) as far
as it will go. The further the trigger is depressed, the faster
the chuck will revolve.
For continuous use over extended periods, the on/off but-
ton can be held down by pressing the lock button (7) in at
the same time the on/off button is depressed. The lock but-
ton can be released by pressing the on/off button in as far
as it will go.
Do not press the drill too hard.
Switch off by releasing the on/off button.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the tool with a slightly damp cloth after use and al-
ways keep all surfaces and ventilation slots (8) clean.
Never use corrosive or abrasive detergents, as they may
affect the plastic parts of the screwdriver.
