- PG: Parental guidance is recommended. Some section may be unsuitable for small children.
- PG 13: Parental guidance is strongly recommended. Some section may be unsuitable for children under the age of
13.
- PGR: Parental guidance is necessary.
- R: Juveniles under the age of 17 should only watch the movie in the company of adults.
- NC17: Children and juveniles under the age of 18 are not permitted to see the movie.
- Adult: Only adults are permitted to watch the movie.
• Password
This menu allows you to change the password for the parental lock function.
To change the password first the current password must be entered. The master password is "8888".
NOTE:
In case you forget your password the master password deactivates the parental lock.
Change the password as follows:
1. Enter the current password in the field "Old Password" with the numeric buttons on the remote control.
The display shows "XXXX" to prevent unauthorised persons to read the password.
2. Enter the new password in the field "New Password" with the numeric buttons on the remote control.
3. Re-enter the new password in the field "Confirm PWD". Press the ENTER button to confirm.

Before contacting customer support try to solve the problem with the tips from the following table:
Problem
No image, status LED not on
Image flickers
TV set cannot be turned on.
No sound.
Volume too low.
Snowy image.
Remote control does not work.
Possible cause and proposal for solution
• Check if the mains plug sits properly in the wall outlet.
• Check mains power on the wall outlet with a different device or connect TV set to
different wall outlet.
• Check if the signal cables from source devices are properly connected.
• Check if the source device is turned on.
• Check if the input signal of the source device matches the specifications of the TV set.
• Check if the PC menu settings match the video output settings of the PC.
• Set the values again.
• Check if the mains plug sits properly in the wall outlet.
• Check if the audio cables are properly connected.
• Check the volume.
• Check if the earphones are connected.
• Check the volume.
• Set the volume.
• Check if the volume is limited in the hotel mode menu.
• Check if antenna or antenna cable are damaged.
• Check if the batteries are exhausted.
• Check if the batteries make proper contact and are inserted with the correct
polarity.
• Ensure that no obstacles are between remote control and sensor.
• Check if strong light sources shine onto the sensor.
