Functions
1. This charger is suitable to charge a 36 Volt Li-Ion battery pack,
10 cells in serial. The max. charge current is 2 A. The max.
capacity of the battery pack can be 20 Ah.
2. The charger has an overload, short circuit, overvoltage and
wrong polarity protection.
In these cases the charger will not start charging. The LED will
stay as on standby, green on.
Overload protection (cut off if the output current is higher than
2,5 A)
Short circuit (cut off if there is a short circuit on the DC-side)
Overvoltage protection (cut off if the output voltage is higher than
60 V)
Wrong polarity protection (cut off if battery with wrong polarity is
connected to the charge cable)
Operation
1. Before first use please check the parameters of the charger and
your battery according the rating label or the manual to ensure
the accordance.
2. Please check the dc charge connector and charge socket to be in
accordance.
3. Check if that the local main AC voltage level is suitable for the
charger.

4. For a function test plug in the mains cable into an AC mains
socket. The LED (green) will indicate
stand by.
5. Connect the DC cable to battery pack. The LED turns red and
shows the charger is connected to the mains voltage and
charging is started. A battery pack with wrong polarity or a short
circuit at the DC cable will not be charged. The LED will stay on
standby, green on. If the battery voltage is less than <20 V the
will not charge the battery. In this case the charger stays in
standby, green LED is on. In this case please contact your
battery supplier.
Maximal
264
6. If the battery pack is fully charged the charger cuts off. The LED
turns from red to green LED and indicates the full battery pack.
