TO ASSEMBLE BAGGER
•
Unfold bag and stand right side up.
•
Uninstall carriage bolts (5/16-18 x 1.5) and nuts (1) from the
front of the top frame.

Feed front bagger frame (2) up through fabric loops at each
side of bagger.
•
Reinstall carriage bolts and nuts (1) to connect front frame to
top frame, passing through bagger.

Snap bottom of front bagger frame (3) into snap feature at
front of bagger bottom.
•
Remove cross braces (4) from inside of bagger assembly.
•
Slide cross brace (4) onto pin (5) at the rear of the upper
bagger frame and secure with retainer spring clip (6).
•
Slide cross brace (4) onto pin (7) at the front of the bagger
frame and secure with retainer spring clip (8).
•
Repeat on opposite side.

Remove clevis pin (9) and retainer spring (10) from bagger
handle (11).
•
Slide bagger handle (11) down through bagger cover and
frame holes.
•
Reinstall clevis pin (9) through hole at bottom of bagger
handle (11) and slide retainer spring (10) into hole at the end
of the clevis pin (9) until it locks into place.

TO INSTALL BAGGER SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
•
Using a T30 Torx socket, loosen set screw (1). Remove
clevis pin (2) and spring clip (3).
NOTE: Set screw (1) should be loosened first and then upon
reinstallation of bagger support assembly, tightened down last.
•
Slide bagger support mount (4) off of bagger support tube
(5).
•
Repeat these steps for both bagger support assemblies.

Remove the mounting bolts (6) from the back of the unit.
Using those same mounting bolts (6), install the bagger
support mounts (4) onto the back of the unit.
•
Tighten bolts (6) to 40,7 Nm.

•
Reinstall bagger support tubes (5) into both bagger support
mounts (4). For both bagger support tubes, reinstall clevis
pins (2) and spring clips (3).

Retighten set screw (1).
CAUTION: Do not exceed 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm.
