Gas Cylinder Use only gas cylinders, which meet national and regional codes. For optimal performance the grill should be operated on propane. The minimum cylinder size for butane units is 13kg, and for propane units is 6kg. Ensure that the cylinder can provide enough fuel to operate the appliance. If in doubt, check with your local gas supplier. -

This can be removed with a brass wire brush. CAUTION! Beware of Spiders. Spiders and insects are attracted to the smell of propane and natural gas. The burner is equipped with an insect screen on the air shutter, which reduces the likelihood of insects building nests inside the burner but does not entirely eliminate the problem.

Niemals ein für den Gebrauch mit flüssigem Propangas ausgelegtes Gerät mit Erdgas betreiben. • Niemals flüssige Grillanzünder zum Anzünden eines Gasgrills verwenden. • Holzkohlenbriketts nur mit einer für dieses Gerät vorgesehenen Napoleon-Holzkohlenwanne verwenden. • Vor Öffnen der Gaszufuhr kontrollieren, dass die Brenner-Bedienelemente auf der Position „OFF” (Aus) stehen. - Seite 18 GASFLASCHEN Es dürfen nur Gasflaschen benutzt werden, die die einschlägigen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen erfüllen. Hitze schadet dem Warmhalterost. Grillroste sollten ebenfalls entfernt werden, falls sie die Verwendung des rehspießes behindern. Der rückseitige Brenner ist für den Einsatz mit dem Drehspieß- Set konzipiert, dass über Ihren Napoleon-Händler bezogen werden kann. Siehe Anweisungen für die Montage des Drehspieß-Sets. Zur Verwendung des Gegengewichts den Drehspießmotor vom Gasgrill entfernen. - Seite 22 Braten und Geflügel erhalten eine knusprigbraune Kruste und das Fleisch bleibt zart und saftig. Beispielsweise benötigt ein Brathuhn mit einem Gewicht von 1,5 kg mit dem Drehspieß ca. 1½ Stunden (bei mittlerer bis hoher Flamme). Wegen der extremen Hitze und der Umwelteinflüsse treten trotzdem Korrosionen auf. Korrosion der Oberflächen mit einer Messingdrahtbürste entfernen. Verstopfte Auslässe mit einer geöffneten Heftklammer freimachen. Auslässe dabei nicht vergrößern. VORSICHT! Passen Sie Von Den Spinnen Auf Spinnen und Insekten werden von Propan- und Erdgasgeruch angelockt.
