4 tsb. oil
250–300 ml warm water

250 g flour
125 g Margarine or butter (room temperature)
1egg
125 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
Few drops of vanilla essence
Baking powder if required
Knead ingredients briefly on medium
setting.
Leave pastry dough to stand in a cool
environment.
Process further if required.
Maximum quantity: 2x basic recipe
Stirrer
For cream, beaten egg white and
light dough. Not suitable for solid
ingredients (e.g. pieces of butter
from the refrigerator).
The stirrer has to be used at settings min,
max and at medium speed.
Beaten egg white, 2–6 egg whites
Beat at setting max.
Fold in beaten egg white at setting min.

Whipped cream, 200–500 g
Beat at medium setting.
Fold in whipped cream at setting min.
Sponge mixture
Basic recipe (e.g. Ø 26cm sponge form tin)
3–4 eggs
3–4 tbs. hot water
150 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Beat ingredients for 5 minutes at setting
max until frothy.
150 g flour
50 g cornflour
1 tsp. baking powder
Mix flour, cornflour and baking powder.
Switch appliance to setting min and add
the flour mixture through the feed tube.
Do not mix for longer than 1 minute.
Maximum quantity: = basic recipe
Base for fruit flan
Basic recipe
2 eggs
125 g sugar
Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes at
setting max until frothy.
125 g ground hazelnuts
50 g breadcrumbs
Switch appliance to setting min, add
hazelnuts and breadcrumbs through
the feed tube.
Mix only briefly.
Maximum quantity: = basic recipe
Cutting discs
Reversible slicing disc –
thick/thin
For slicing fruit and vegetables.
Reversible shredding disc –
coarse/fine
For shredding vegetables, fruit
and cheese, except for hard cheese
(e.g. Parmesan).
Chipper disc
For slicing raw potatoes for chips.
