Out of Range – A warning beep is sounded if you exceed the maximum
range.
- Language – Choose the language for the display texts.
- Rename HS – To better distinguish between handsets, you can give each hand-
set a name.
- Wallpaper – Select wallpaper 1 or 2.
- Colour Theme – Select the desired colours.
- Contrast – Select the desired display contrast.
- Auto Answer – Just pick up the handset from the base to answer a call (without
pressing any key).
- Call Barring – Enter your PIN code. Select:
Barring Mode – Activate/deactivate the function call barring.
Barring Number – Enter the desired 4-digits barring numbers (max. 4). If you
enter 0033: enables to call numbers in France.
- SOS number – Enter your PIN code and the desired SOS numbers (max. 3). SOS
numbers can be called even if the keypad is locked.
- Select Base – Select the desired base station.
- HS Default – Reset handset.

Base station settings

The system PIN on delivery is 0000.
Press Menu, select Base Settings and press Select.

• Select a function from the following list:
- Delete HS – Select the handset you want to deregister.
- Ring setup
Ring melody - Select the ring melody for the base.
Ring volume - Adjust the ring volume for the base.
- Dial Mode – Tone: Normal dialling procedure on analog lines. Pulse: May be
required for connecting older telephone systems. Please refer to the relevant
documentation.
- Flash Time – Select short, medium or long.
- Modify PIN – You can modify the PIN code (0000 on delivery).
- BS default – Reset base station.
