4� Avoidinstallingthisunitwhereforeignobjectsmayfallontothisunit
and/orthisunitmaybeexposedtoliquiddrippingorsplashing.Onthetop
ofthisunit,doNOTplace:
− Othercomponents,astheymaycausedamageand/ordiscolorationon
thesurfaceofthisunit.
− Burningobjects(i.e.candles),astheymaycausefire,damagetothis
unit,and/orpersonalinjury.
− Containerswithliquidinthem,astheymayfallandliquidmaycause
electricalshocktotheuserand/ordamagetothisunit.
5� Donotcoverthisunitwithanewspaper,tablecloth,curtain,etc.inorder
nottoobstructheatradiation.Ifthetemperatureinsidethisunitrises,it
maycausefire,damagetothisunit,and/orpersonalinjury.
6� Donotoperatethisunitupside-down.Theymayoverheat,possiblycausing
damage.
7� Donotuseforceonswitches,knobs,and/orcords.
8� Whendisconnectingthepowercable/ACadaptorfromthewalloutlet,
grasptheACplug;donotpullthecord.
9� Donotcleanthisunitwithchemicalsolvents;thismightdamagethefinish.
Useaclean,drycloth.
10� Onlythevoltagespecifiedonthisunitmustbeused.Usingthisunitwitha
highervoltagethanspecifiedisdangerousandmaycausefire,damageto
thisunit,and/orpersonalinjury.Yamahawillnotbeheldresponsiblefor
anydamageresultingfromuseofthisunitwithavoltageotherthanthat
specified.
11� Donotattempttomodifyorfixthisunit.ContactqualifiedYamahaservice
personnelwhenanyserviceisneeded.Thecabinetshouldneverbeopened
foranyreason.
12� Whennotplanningtousethisunitforlongperiodsoftime(i.e.when
goingonvacation),disconnectallACplugsfromthewalloutlet.
13� Besuretoreadthe"TROUBLESHOOTING"sectionregardingcommon
operatingerrorsbeforeconcludingthattheunitisfaulty.
14� Beforemovingthisunit,disconnectallACplugsfromthewalloutlets.
15� BesuretousetheACadaptorssuppliedwiththisunit.UsinganAC
adaptorotherthanthoseprovidedmaycausefireordamagetothisunit.
16� InstallthisunitnearthewalloutletandwheretheACplugscanbereached
easily.
