3. Intended Use

The product consists of an outdoor unit (with bell button, speaker and microphone), an indoor unit and a mobile unit
with charging tray. A door opener can be connected to the outdoor unit (not enclosed, for operating voltage, etc., see
chapter "Technical Data").
Two enclosed mains adapters are used for power supply of outdoor unit/indoor unit and for charging the handset.
The outer unit and inner unit must be connected with a 3-wired cable (enclosed).
The outdoor unit is suitable for installation in and outdoors (IP24), all other parts of the system must not get moist or
wet and must be installed and operated indoors.
If a person pushes the bell button on the outdoor unit, the mobile unit will ring. Then the mobile unit can be used to
talk to the visitor. If the visitor is to be granted access, you can activate a door opener, which is connected to the
outdoor unit.
The speech connection between the mobile unit and indoor unit is held wirelessly by radio (DECT technology).
For reasons of safety and approval, the product must not be converted and/or changed by you. Using the product
for any other purposes than those described above may damage the product. Improper use also may cause dangers
such as short circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. Read the operating instructions precisely and keep them. Only pass the
product on to any third parties together with the operating instructions.
