Keep turning the door to a place where the door cannot move anymore.
After the door adjustment, please start a vacuum test. If there is a leakage, the door
should be adjusted again.
If the door is too loose, the sealing ring might be exploded out with a big "bang". So,
please make sure that the door is not too lose. You could run the SOLID 134°C program
in order to test if the door is tight enough.

Cleaning of the tank
Please use disinfectant to clean the tank every week.

Cleaning of the sterilizer chamber
Please use ethyl alcohol disinfect and clean the inner surface of the sterilizer every month.

Replacement of germ-tight filter
Every 150 cycles, we suggest to replace the germ-tight filter.

Cleaning of the seal ring
The seal ring should be cleaned regularly. Please use distilled water for cleaning the seal ring. If
leakage still happens after clean, the seal ring may have to be replaced or the door has to be adjusted.

Replacement of the seal ring
Tool needed
Flat screwdriver: 1 pc.

Steps
1.
Hold the seal ring by a hand and use the other hand to hold a screwdriver carefully to separate
the door and the seal ring. Then take the seal ring out slowly.
2.
After the seal ring has taken out, clean and check it, if it is damaged, the user must replace it.
3.
After the seal ring is cleaned with distilled water, put it back.
