4. Commissioning

4.1 Installation

Mount bow punch on firm support (pay attention to correct height for fatigue-proof operation) or use floor-mounted stand 2662-0800-01-00.
For design including hydraulic cylinder, the pump has to be connected with a quick coupling.

4.2 Laser Center Point Indicator

The machine is available in two types
1. Quick-Press 300 with laser option
(without laser module)

Attention: Review attached data sheet of laser module!

Carefully insert laser module (3) in laser mounting plate (2).
Lense of laser module must not be touched or contaminated.
Clamp laser module with screw (4).
Lay laser mounting plate (2) with laser module onto cylinder (1) and lightly fixate into position.
Close connection between laser module (3) and power supply (6).
Connect power supply to 230V / 50Hz.
Put a piece of sheet steel into the tool and adjust laser mounting plate (2) until a consistent dot with sharp edgings is visible.
Lock laser mounting plate into position by tightening of screws (5) onto cylinder (1).
Position warning label (7) on cylinder above laser beam, so that it is clearly visible from front.
