CD/MP3 OPERATION

RADIO OPERATION

Set the FUNCTION SELECTOR (15) on the appliance to
TUNER.
1. Press the button BAND (14) to select the frequency
range, which appears on the display.
2. Use the channel search button (7) to select the band
within the selected frequency.
3. You can set the desired volume using the volume
adjuster (16).
4. You can control the volume with the volume adjuster
(18).
RADIO OPERATION
Set the FUNCTION SELECTOR (15) on the appliance to
TUNER.
1. Press the button BAND (14) to select the frequency
range, which appears on the display.
2. Use the channel search button (7) to select the band
within the selected frequency.
3. You can set the desired volume using the volume
adjuster (16).
4. You can control the volume with the volume adjuster
(18).

FM- ST – STEREO RECEIVER
If you like to receive a band in the mode FM push
the button BAND (14) to FM and search as
mentioned before with the channel search button (7)
the best frequency.
For channels which are supposed to receive in
Stereo, pls. bring the channel search button (7) to
position "FM-ST". The LED „

NOTE ON AM/FM FREQUENCIES
(MW/UKW WAVELENGTHS)
AM antenna: the appliance has an in-built AM
antenna. This wavelength can be used to obtain AM
frequencies. To do this you should turn your
appliance until you obtain the best possible
reception.
FM antenna: the appliance has a dipole antenna for
optimal FM reception. This wavelength can be used
to obtain FM frequencies. For best possible
reception, please extend the antenna fully and place
it in a suitable location.
CD/MP3 OPERATION
1. Press the FUNCTION SELECTOR (15) on the
appliance and select MP3/CD mode.
2. To play a CD/MP3, first open the CD tray with the
button OPEN/CLOSE (19). "OPEN" will appear on
the display.
3. Place the CD/MP3 disc, with the label facing up, in
the CD tray, press the button OPEN/CLOSE again
and the CD tray will close automatically.
4. The appliance will begin to read automatically
("READ") and changes to CD/MP3 mode.
NOTE:
(1) This appliance can be used to play CD, CD-R, CD-
RW and MP3 discs.
(2)
If no disc has been inserted, or if the disc cannot be
read, "— —" appears in the display.
