7. PART REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

If the injector is blocked, remove the injector holder and replace it with another one with the same characteristics. Once the
proper injector is obtained, continue as follows:
For the replacement of the burner injectors, they should be accessed through the upper part of the equipment. Remove the
cooking grill and directly access them.
Once they are accessible, proceed with the replacement by removing the bolts holding them.
BURNER
It is recommended that burner replacement be performed by a quality technician and the distributor be notified.
THERMOCOUPLE
Remove the griddle by unscrewing the four nuts that hold it. Once this is completed, the procedure to follow to change the
thermocouple is as follows:
1. Remove the washer using the appropriate tool.
2. Unscrew the bolt.
3. Remove the thermocouple and the thermocouple hose.
4. Once the thermocouple hose is cut to a length similar to the old one, place the new assembly in the position of the old one.
5. Tighten the bolt.
Replace the washer making it line up with the hole of the thermocouple.
