Compact photometer PF-12 incl.:
Software DVD, manual, 4 AA Mignon batteries, 4 empty cuvettes, funnel, beak-
er, syringe, USB-cable, calibration cuvette and certificate all together in a rug-
ged case

1.4 Interface and Power supply

USB-interface for:
• update via Internet
• data export to PC
• power supply via PC USB-interface
• external power supply (REF 919 220) with USB-interface
Additional Power supply:
• batteries AA / Mignon
• rechargeable batteries (rechargeable with additional charger; REF 919 221)

2. Start-up

before start -up:
- insert batteries or rechargeable batteries or
- connect the instrument via USB-power supply to an outlet or
- connect the instrument via USB-cable to a PC
Always make sure that there is no cuvette in the cuvette slot, then switch-
on the instrument by pressing the

• photometer name
• programme version number with date
• current date and time
• serial number
