Content of package Charging
Connect the headset's micro-USB port to your PC or USB mains adapter with the
Micro USB USB lead. During charging, the LED shows constant red, once the battery is fully
charge lead charged the LED changes to blue.
Connecting the headset to the telephone (pairing)
1. Make sure that the headset is switched off (see «Headset Off»). Open the
Bluetooth menu on your telephone.
Ear pieces 2. Keep the call acceptance key pressed for approx. 7 seconds until the LED
flashes red and blue alternately; you will then hear the voice message
«Pairing» in the headset.
3. Now select «Gym MX». If you device requests a PIN, enter «0000».

Pairing the headset with two telephones
(multipoint connection)
Call acceptance key
The freeVoice Gym MX supports the multipoint function so that the headset can

be connected to two telephones simultaneously.
Volume «+» 1. Proceed in the manner described in the «Pairing» section to connect the
Micro headset to the first telephone
USB port 2. Deactivate the Bluetooth function for the first phone and switch the headset
off again.
3. Now connect the second phone as described in the «Pairing» section.
4. Switch the Bluetooth function back on for the first phone and re-connect to
the headset.
Accept/end a call
1. Press the call acceptance key to accept a call.
2. Press the call acceptance key again to end the call.
Connected to two telephones (multipoint)
Press the call acceptance key to accept the second call, the first call is put on hold.
Redial
Press the call acceptance key twice to call the last number dialled again.
Headset the headset on
Dismissing an incoming call
Keep the call acceptance key pressed for 3 sec; the LED starts to flash in blue
and you will hear the voice message «Power On». Keep the call acceptance key pressed for approx. 2 seconds to dismiss an
incoming call.
Headset headset off
Keep the call acceptance key pressed for 3 sec, the LED lights up once in red
and you will hear the voice message «Power Off»

Play music
Press the call acceptance key to play or pause music
Skip title
Next title: press the volume «+» key for 2 seconds
Previous title: press the volume «−» key for 2 seconds
Adjust volume
Press volume «+» or «−» to adjust the volume during a telephone call/when
listening to music.
Microphone muting
Press the volume-«−» key for 1 second during the call
to mute the microphone and later cancel muting.
Switching between microphones
Press the call acceptance key twice during the call to switch between the
headset microphone and the phone›s microphone.
LED status display
Headset «ON» LED flashes three times in blue
Headset «OFF» LED comes on for 1 second in red
Pairing mode active LED flashes alternately red and blue
Connected status LED flashes once every 10 seconds in blue
Not connected status LED flashes 2 times every 10 seconds in blue
Charging status LED shows constant red
Fully charged status LED goes out
Low battery status LED flashes in red
