How to use the EFC18 control.
1. Start the chimney fan by pressing the ON/OFF-button (A).
The chimney fan will run maximum speed for 7 minutes and
thereafter continue at the operating speed it was running at
last time it was in operation.
2. To increase the fan speed keep the ON/OFF button (A) de-
pressed.
3. If more fuel needs to be added whilst the re is burning the
fan speed can be increased to full for 3 minutes by a single
press on the ON/OFF button (A). This is only possible when the
red dot in the display panel (B) is on.
4. The fan is turned o by pressing the ON/OFF button (A) once.
5. When the red dot in the display is on, the fan cannot be
turned o manually because the temperature in the chimney
is above 40°C.
6. The chimney fan will stop automatically when the tempera-
ture in the chimney drops below 40°C.
The red dot in the display panel (B) is ashing to indicate a 45
minutes post purge period.
