Workout Mode
Use this mode to monitor and track your real-time heart rate,
current heart rate zone, workout duration, calories, distance, pace,
and speed during your workout.
To enter Workout Mode, touch and hold
. Mio FUSE will proceed

to find your heart rate.
Tap
to start, pause, or resume the workout timer.

To quit Workout Mode, touch and hold
.

If you see
displayed, Mio FUSE was unable to find
your heart rate. Please refer to the Complete User Guide for
troubleshooting suggestions (mioglobal.com/support).
HEART RATE ZONES
During Workout Mode, the HR Indicator light provides feedback on
your heart rate. Choose between Training Zone Mode (5-Zone) or
Zone Alert Mode (1-Zone) within the Mio GO app. The default mode
is Training Zone Mode.
