• Place the massage pad at the desired position and close the belt with the buckle. Adjust
the belt length if necessary. Observe the following application spectrum.
Belly area
Upper back and shoulder area
• Switch on the appliance at the desired level and get massaged.
• To finish, turn the product off and remove it.
