Congratulations on purchasing this

doubt enjoy using.
These operating instructions describe a
hair straightener.

Operation
■ Plug in the appliance and place on
a level, heat-resistant surface. Slide
b utton 1 must be at
■ Turn on with switch 2. The first three
LEDs will glow and the fourth will flash.
The standard temperature of the appli-
ance is 160°C.
■ As soon as the set temperature is
reached, the LEDs will glow continuously.
You can now start straightening your hair.
Setting the temperature
By pressing the + or – button you can
change the standard temperature in 20°C
steps from approx. 100-200°C. The current
temperature is indicated by the glowing
LEDs. The LED of the set temperature
flashes until this temperature is reached.
If the temperature falls momentarily during
use, the appliance will heat back up again.

Note: If you switch the appliance off and
then on again, the temperature defaults to
the factory setting (approx. 160°C).
Automatic shut-off
This hair straightener has an automatic
shut-off safety feature. After approx.
60 m inutes the appliance automatically
switches to standby mode. Only the fourth
LED glows.
To reactivate the appliance, the + or – b utton
must be pressed. The appliance auto m atically
reverts to the default 160°C t emperature
setting and can be used as n ormal.
Use
The hair straightener is suitable for long and
short hair.
■ Only use the appliance on dry hair.
■ Use only on untreated healthy hair, or use
special straightening products.
■ Use less frequently on permed, coloured
or affected hair.
Note: Fine hair responds especially quickly
to the treatment. The even heat emission is
especially gentle on the hair. The result is
smooth hair with an intensive, silky shine.

■ Comb hair and section into even strands
(about 5 cm wide).
■ Starting from the roots, place a strand of
hair between the plates (Figure A).
■ Press the plates together at the finger
protectors 7 and pull down gently and
evenly towards the ends of the hair
( F igure B).
■ Treat all strands in the same manner.
Allow hair to cool completely before
finishing your hairstyle.
Important: Never leave in one place longer
than 2 seconds.
