very careful when handling the blade.
 Keep this appliance and the accessory clean at all times as they
come into direct contact with food.
 The device is not intended for continuous professional operation.
The device is intended to be used in closed rooms only and in
similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops, offices
and other working environments; farm houses; by clients in
hotels, motels and other residential type environments; bed and
breakfast type environments. The use in any other way is not
considered as intended use.
 Only use original spare parts which can be requested from
Westfalia.
 Do not operate the appliance for more than 10 minutes con-
tinuously.
 Should the appliance become damaged, do not use it and have it
repaired by a professional or contact our customer support
department. Do not disassemble the appliance or try to repair it
yourself.
