TROUBLE SHOOTING

If the device doesn't operate properly, please go over the following steps:
1. Check if the instruction manual was followed accurate and correct.
2. Check if the chart underneath provides possible solutions.
3. Check if all fuses are intact.
Problem
An error message „E0" is
displayed.
An error message „E1" is
displayed.

Possible cause
There is no cookware
or an unsuitbale
cookware on the
cooking surf ace.
The cooktop is
overheated.
Solution
Use a suitable cookware.
The cooktop can only be
operated with a pot or pan
on the cooking surf ace.
Remove the plug from the
power socket and clean the
air intake and exhaust vents.
Let the cooktop cool down
completely before using it
again.
Contact customer service if
the error persists.
