4.2. Function

The motor is activated when the brushes are lifted since the sensor (item 5, Figure 8) records the carriage's rest position.
When the carriage leaves the rest position, the brushes start to rotate for the set cycle time (factory setting 60 sec.). Once
the working cycle is complete, the control waits for further activation, upon which the direction of the brushes' rotation
changes to the opposite of the preceding cycle. This ensures that the brushes wear out evenly.

4.3. Display and electronics

The display serves to indicate the operating status (faults). The electronics control the activation,
safety shut-off and the cycle length.
