LIMITED WARRANTY

GARANTIE LIMITÉ / GARANTIE
SBYKE® SIX MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
For a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase by the original Purchaser, Sbyke
USA warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This war-
ranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner. This warranty does not cover i.) normal
wear and tear; ii.) improper assembly; iii.) failure to perform or improper maintenance;
iv.) the installation of components, parts, or accessories not provided by Sbyke USA; v.)
damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect; or vi.) labor charges for part
replacement.
In the event of a warranty claim, Purchaser must return the sbyke® to the Dealer from
whom the product was purchased with proof of purchase. If the product was purchased
directly from Sbyke USA, LLC, Purchaser must contact Sbyke USA to obtain a return autho-
rization number (RAN).

LIMITATION OF REMEDY
PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THE REPAIR, RE-
PLACEMENT OR RETURN OF THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER.
PURCHASER MUST RETAIN EVIDENCE OF PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHO-
RIZED DEALER.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL SBYKE USA OR ANY SELLER OF ITS PRODUCTS BE
LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or
the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limita-
tions and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You
may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.
This is Sbyke USA's sole and exclusive warranty.
