Charging time of the built-in rechargeable battery
Charging type
Via USB charger with 5V/DC, 1A
Via USB output of a laptop
Via solar module in full sun
d) Connecting/charging mobile devices
1. Connect your mobile device to the OUT 5 V USB A port of the product using a suitable
USB charging cable. The function of your mobile device is the same as if connected to a
common USB charger with 5V/DC output voltage.
2. The charging indicator lamp (4) lights up steadily during charging and indicates the
charging status of the built-in rechargeable battery.
3. To stop / start the charging process manually, press the TEST button (3).
Some mobile devices might not allow for the charging process to start automatically.
Such is the case if the charging indicator lamp (4) remains unlit after connecting. Start
the charging process manually by pressing the TEST button (3).
The solar charger can be used for charging a mobile device while its built-in
rechargeable battery is being recharged via solar module at the same time. Supplying
power via USB connection, though, will not allow for simultaneously recharging the
built-in rechargeable battery while charging a mobile device.
DISPOSAL
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with applicable

b) (Rechargeable) batteries

batteries, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used batteries/rechargeable batteries can be returned to collection points in your
municipality, our stores or wherever batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.
You thus fulfill your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
