Guarantee
When purchasing a BERING watch you will obtain a guarantee from BERING Time which is valid for
36 months from the purchase date in accordance with the conditions of the guarantee. In order to
utilise the guarantee, you must present a guarantee certificate, filled out completely and correctly
by an authorised BERING dealer.
The guarantee is not valid for the normal wear and tear of your BERING watch, and will not
come into force in the case of improper treatment. Improper treatment includes water damage,
accidental damage (such as bumps and breakages) and damage which arises as a result of default
of the operating instructions. The guarantee is also invalid when clock maintenance, repairs or
strap changes are carried out by a third party, who is not authorised by BERING. The following
watch parts are excluded from the guarantee service: battery, glass, every type of wrist band and
bracelet, and every type of decoration and jewellery.
For defects which are covered by the guarantee it is at the discretion of BERING Time, whether or
not to carry out a repair or whether to provide an identical replacement or a watch with similar
features. The BERING service center and authorised BERING dealers are also allowed to charge
fees for postage and packaging and also necessary insurance. When claiming the guarantee,
please contact an authorised BERING dealer or the BERING service center.
Garantie
BERING Time accorde une garantie de 36 mois sur votre montre BERING à partir du jour de
l'achat conformément aux conditions de garantie. Toute demande impliquant la garantie doit
être accompagnée d'un certificat de garantie complet et intégralement rempli, délivré par un
revendeur autorisé BERING.
La garantie ne prend pas en compte les altérations dues à une utilisation inappropriée ou à l'usure
normale de votre montre BERING. L'utilisation inappropriée inclut les dommages dus à l'eau, aux
accidents (chocs, bris) et ceux découlant du non-respect des indications d'utilisation. La garantie
est annulée lorsque l'entretien, la réparation ou le changement de bracelet de la montre BERING
n'a pas été effectué par une personne agréée par BERING. Les pièces suivantes sont exclues de
la garantie : piles, verre, bracelets de montre de tous types, parures et ornements de quelque
type que ce soit.
En cas de vices couverts par la garantie, il appartient à BERING Time de décider si une réparation
doit être effectuée ou si la montre doit être remplacée par un modèle identique ou répondant
aux mêmes critères. Le centre de services de BERING et les agents agréés par BERING peuvent
exiger le paiement des frais de transport et, le cas échéant, d'assurance. Afin de bénéficier de la
garantie, veuillez vous adresser à votre revendeur BERING agréé ou au centre de service BERING.
