5.2 Connecting fi lter head and appliance
The associated adapters and fittings must be chosen depending on the appliance type . Please observe the
instructions for external filter connection in the operating and installation instructions of your appliance too .
Note: When connecting to a HydroTap G4 system, first connect the filter head directly to the angle
valve to flush through the filter cartridge before using it for the first time (see page 13), and drain
the water into a bucket or drain (depending on the size: 500 = 2-3 min, 1000 = 3-5 min, 2000 =
5-7 min).
