Users may perform the following maintenance tasks themselves:
Replacing the columns, holdings and fixing plates
Risk of electrical shock or short circuit if cleaning solution enters the
device's interior! Only lighty moisten the cleaning cloth!
All smooth surfaces of the device can be cleaned with a mild,
commercially available cleaning solution, or with isopropanol.
The touchscreen of the device can be cleaned with isopropanol and
wiped dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Drop the devices off at the local municipal waste facilities or send the
devices back to the manufacturer where it will be disposed of properly.
Contamination of devices with toxic, infectious or radio-active substances
poses a hazard for all persons during operation, repair, sale and disposal
of a device.
Danger caused by toxic, infectious, or radioactive substances! A
contaminated device must never be submitted for repairs, sold, or
disposed of! Contract a specialist company to decontaminate the
device or perform the decontamination yourself if you have the
required expertise!
All contaminated devices must be properly decontaminated by a
specialist company or the operating company before they can be
recommissioned, repaired, sold, or disposed of.
All materials or fluids used for decontamination must be collected
separately and disposed of properly.
