9. Always unplug from the mains socket when the appliance is not in
use and before cleaning.
10. Ensure that the mains cable does not hang over sharp edges and
keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
11. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or other
liquids. This will result in danger to life from electric shock!
12. When unplugging from a mains socket, take hold of the plug. Do not
pull the power cord.
13. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Unplug from the
mains, turn off the appliance and send it to an authorized service
center for repair.
14. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from an electrical socket with
wet hands.
15. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to repair the
appliance yourself. This could cause electric shock.
16. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
17. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
18. Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended purpose.
19. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
20. Place the appliance on a stable, level surface where it cannot fall off.
21. Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be
placed on the hot plate, since these can get hot.
22. WARNING! Please do not touch the surfaces while in use. The
temperature of accessible surfaces can be very hot when the
appliance is in operation.
