Troubleshooting

Fault
The noise of the engine sounds during use.
The remote control does not work properly.
The device stops operating.
Music cannot be played.

Storage / Maintenance

If the device is not used for a longer period of time, the power cable should be wound up and the device
should be stored in a dry environment.
Never store the device at high temperatures or in proximity to open fire. Avoid prolonged exposure to
sunlight.
Please use only artificial leather care products that are commercially available for cleaning. Do not clean it
with thinner, benzene, or alcohol at any time.
If the device is on an uneven surface, do not roll or push it; lift it up in order to move it. Please take breaks
after each use and do not use the device a number of items without pauses.

Description
This is a normal operating noise.
Ensure that the mains plug is properly inserted
into the socket and that the power switch is swit-
ched on. Please check the cable of the remote
control.
If the preset time is reached, the device auto-
matically switches off or if the operating time of
the device is too long, then the high-temperature
cut-out turns the device off.
Please note that the music can be played either
via Bluetooth or cable. Make sure that both
functions are not active at the same time.

Warranty Conditions

The retailer guarantees a statutory period of warranty for the product described on the reverse. The war-
ranty applies from the date of purchase. The purchase date is to be shown on the proof of purchase. The
retailer will repair or replace free-of-charge all items covered in Germany for which faults have been discov-
ered. This does not include parts subject to wear e.g. fabric covers. The requirement for this is that the faulty
device is sent in with proof of purchase before expiry of the warranty period.
The warranty claim shall not be applicable if a defect is determined that has been caused e.g by external
influences or as the result of a repair or modificaion that has not been carried out by the manufacturer or an
authorised dealer. The warranty on the part of the retailer is limited to repair or exchange of the product.
Within the framework of this warranty, the manufacturer or retailer will not assume any further liability and
is not responsible for damages that have arisen as a result of non-compliance with the operating instructions
and /or improper use of the product.
If upon examination of the product by the manufacturer it is found that the warranty request does not con-
cern a defect covered by the warranty or that the warranty period has expired, the customer must bear the
costs for the inspection and repair.
