1. Intended use

The WLAN 720p indoor camera with alarm function enables high quality surveillance. This camera is
designed for indoor installation. The camera can be connected cable-free to the network via WLAN and
has an integrated loudspeaker that can emit a loud tone in the event of an alarm.
In addition, the loudspeaker and the integrated microphone enable two-way audio communication via the
camera's web interface using a microphone connected to the computer. External sounders, e.g, a siren or
light, can be activated through the alarm output and will react in the event that something is detected. PoE
(Power over Ethernet) makes it possible to power the camera using the network cable – additional power
cable therefore does not need to be laid.
