Assembly
Ensure that the antenna is securely fastened when installed; people can get hurt by the
antenna falling off.
Do not damage any wires or pipes that may run past the mounting surface when drilling
holes.
Do not place the antenna near devices that can emit interference (e.g., microwave ovens, wi-
reless phones, powerful engines, etc.). You should also not install the device close to large
metal surfaces, because these may strongly dampen the receiving signal.
Mount the antenna as high as possible. Experience shows that this is where reception is best.
Check out first the reception at the place of installation by means of a temporary installation
and then decide on the final location.
