2. Servicehinweise für das "High Speed Drive"
Zu den Servicearbeiten am Laufwerk empfehlen wir zusätzlich den
Video-Lehrfilm, Sach-Nr. 72007-744.81.
2.1 Kopfscheibe
Hinweis: Dieser Servicehinweis gilt nur für die schraubenlose
Kopfscheibenklemmung. Zum Ausbau der Kopfscheibe be-
nötigt man die Abziehvorrichtung (Sach-Nr. 75988-002.37).
Kopfscheibe nur mit Nylonhandschuhen anfassen.
Ausbau:
– Referenzstift "C" (jeder Service-Kopfscheibe beigepackt) durch das
Loch im Scannermotor einschieben und die Kopfscheibe solange
verdrehen, bis dieser im Loch des Rotors einschnappt (Fig. 1).
– Abziehvorrichtung auf die Stellung "3 upper plate" (obere Klem-
mung) umstecken (Fig. 3).
– Die Abziehvorrichtung in die Kopfscheibe stecken (Fig. 4).
– Den Griff um 90° in Pfeilrichtung "OPEN" drehen und die obere
Klemmscheibe abnehmen (Fig. 5).
– Den Griff um 90° in Pfeilrichtung "CLOSE" drehen und die Klemm-
scheibe von der Abziehvorrichtung abnehmen.
– Abziehvorrichtung auf die Stellung "0 lower plate" (untere Klem-
mung) umstecken (Fig. 3).
– Die Abziehvorrichtung in die Kopfscheibe stecken (Fig. 4).
– Den Griff um 90° in Pfeilrichtung "OPEN" drehen und die Kopf-
scheibe mit der unteren Klemmscheibe abnehmen (Fig. 5).

When repairing the drive mechanism we recommend that the video
training film, part no. 72007-744.81.
2.1 Headwheel
Note:
This note applies only to screwlessly clamped headwheels.
The extractor (part no. 75988-002.37) is necessary to remove
the headwheel.
Do not touch the headwheel with bare hands. Wear the nylon
gloves.
Removal:
– Insert the reference pin "C" (delivered with each service headwheel)
into the hole of the scanner motor and turn the headwheel until the
pin locks into the hole of the rotor (Fig. 1).
– Set the extractor to the position "3 upper plate" (upper clamping
element, Fig. 3).
– Insert the extractor into the headwheel (Fig. 4).
– Turn the lever by 90° in the direction of the arrow "OPEN" and
remove the upper clamping element (Fig. 5).
– Turn the lever by 90° in the direction of the arrow "OPEN" and tighten
the upper clamping element.
– Change the extractor to the position "0 lower plate" (lower clamping
element, Fig. 3).
– Insert the extractor into the headwheel (Fig. 4).
– Turn the lever by 90° in the direction of the arrow "OPEN" and
remove the headwheel together with the lower clamping element
(Fig. 5).
