This infrared lamp is a Caremaxx quality
product.
Please make sure to carefully read this
user manual before using the instrument.
Keep the user manual in a safe place in
case you wish to consult it later on.

Safety precautions
• Use the product only according to the
instructions in the user manual.
• Inappropriate use will invalidate the
warranty.
• The product is not meant for
commercial use.
• Before connecting the instrument,
make sure to check whether the
voltage mentioned on the instrument
corresponds
voltage.
• Repair jobs may only be performed by
authorized service workshops.
• Infrared radiation may heat up any
objects in the vicinity of the lamp so
they become quite hot.
• Be careful – this poses a potential
hazard for burns! Keep the instrument
out of reach of babies, children, and
to
the
local
mentally handicapped persons.
• Watch the instrument well, never leave
it alone as long as it is switched on.
• Never touch the instrument, and
especially the light filter , if the
instrument is running, as the lamp will
heat up! Also, do not touch it for the
first 15 minutes after switching off the
instrument.
• Using the instrument in the vicinity of
flammable, explosive or heat-sensitive
objects or gases is strictly prohibited.
Keep the instrument away from
flammable objects (such as textiles).
• Never use the instrument in a dusty
environment.
• Never cover up either the instrument
or the vent holes. Keep at least 35 cm
free space around the instrument so as
to prevent overheating.
• Keep the instrument away from other
heat sources and avoid direct exposure
to the sun.
• Never use the instrument at room
temperatures below 10°C or above
35°C.
• Do not expose the instrument to strong
impact.
• Never attach the instrument to a wall
or a ceiling.

cleaning the lamp.
• Allow the lamp to cool off for at
least 15 minutes before cleaning it or
putting it away.
• Keep this instrument away from
water.
• Never immerse any part of the
instrument in water or any other
liquid.
